Shandong Zhifeng Transformer Co., Ltd. offers a cutting-edge temperature control system designed for transformers. The system comprises a temperature controller and a PTC temperature measuring element strategically placed at the top end of the low-voltage winding, the hottest spot in the product. This setup enables precise temperature measurement and control of the transformer, ensuring optimal performance.
In case of overheating caused by overload operation or faults, the temperature controller promptly sends an alarm signal and automatically trips the temperature when it exceeds the safe threshold. For transformers utilizing forced air cooling, the temperature controller regulates the cooling fan's operation based on the winding temperature, enhancing efficiency.
The temperature display system provides real-time monitoring of the winding's hot spot temperature, complementing the temperature control system seamlessly. Both systems can be installed at a distance from the transformer's main body, with the temperature measuring element's lead wire length specifications as follows:
