Since the product equipment arrives at the customer's project destination, the supplier will assist and guide the equipment installation and commissioning online according to the progress of the customer's project plan;

After the installation of the equipment, assist in testing, trial operation inspection, until the requirements of power supply operation are met, as the contract product completion handover;

the product warranty period is 12 months from the date of acceptance of the equipment. Before the termination of the contract repair period, the supplier will conduct a customer return visit to assist the customer to maintain the contract products; After the warranty expires, the supplier shall continue to bear the responsibility and obligation of the warranty, and all costs incurred in the after-sales service of the product shall only be charged the cost of replacing the components.

If the customer orders the equipment without spare parts, the supplier can provide backup parts during the implementation of after-sales service to ensure the continuous operation of the customer's equipment, and replace the faulty parts after repair.

Strengthen the contact with users, pay attention to the views of users, formulate the quality tracking information card system for each user, improve user files, and return visits to the product to understand the operation of the equipment, in order to ensure the long-term, safe and reliable use of our company's equipment.
