First, amorphous alloy technology to lead energy-saving breakthrough
The world's first 110kV energy-saving amorphous alloy three-dimensional coil core transformer was successfully developed in Kaiping, Guangdong Province, the device through the integration of amorphous alloy materials and three-dimensional coil core structure, no-load loss than the national standard down more than 60%, a single annual energy savings of up to 120,000 kWh, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 72 tonnes. Its innovative suspension structure solves the stability problem of 10-ton amorphous iron core and simultaneously improves the short-circuit resistance, which has been put into operation in Shantou Redfield Substation.
Second, ultra-high voltage field to achieve noise reduction milestone
Wujiang transformer independent research and development of 1100kV low noise reactor breakthrough industry technology bottlenecks, measured noise down to 64 dB below (1 dB below the national standard), for the first time to achieve without external noise enclosure to meet the power needs of the plateau area, is scheduled to be put into operation in the high-altitude region of Sichuan Aba.
Material and Structure Synergistic Optimisation

Shandong Taikai Group launched 1000kV ultra-high voltage transformer, through the international short-circuit test certification, the performance of the international advanced level; its digital intelligent factory to achieve double enhancement of production capacity and reliability. Jiangxi Yingchuang Electric responded to the new national energy-efficiency regulations, launched in line with the Class 1 energy-efficiency standards of the delta three-dimensional dry-type transformers, to promote the green transformation of the industry.
