Product introduction
S11, S13 series of fully sealed oil-immersed transformers are suitable for AC 50Hz, the original working voltage 20kV and below the power system, as petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, textile, light industry and other enterprises and large dust places of the distribution transformer.
Characteristics of the product
● Iron Core
The core is cold rolled silicon copper sheet with high permeability magnetic grain orientation. The iron core is a new type of iron core, full oblique joint stacking type iron core, the iron core column is a circular section of multi-step steps, and the iron yoke and the iron core are equal sections.
● Winding
The winding adopts corrugated oil channel, no paint dipping process, and tight tape binding; The winding are concentric coils: the high voltage winding has a tap required for the tapping voltage, which is led to the tap-changer, the switch is installed on the box cover, and the power supply can be changed before the tapping voltage
● Safety protection device
30~2000kVA transformer is equipped with pressure relief valve;
Gas relays with alarm and tripping terminals can be installed according to user requirements;
● Oil temperature measuring device
The transformer is equipped with a glass thermometer tube base, the tube base is located on the top of the tank, and extends into the oil 120±10mm; 1000~2000KVA transformer equipped with outdoor signal thermometer;
●Transformer tank
The transformer fuel tank is composed of corrugated wall, and the surface is made of dust spraying and firm paint film. The corrugated heat sink not only has the cooling function, but also has the "breathing" function. The elasticity of the ripple heat sink can compensate for the change of the transformer oil volume caused by the temperature rise. Therefore, the fully sealed transformer has no oil storage cabinet, reducing the overall height of the transformer; the transformer in the packaging of the vacuum oil filling process, completely remove the moisture in the transformer, the transformer oil does not contact with the air. Effectively prevent oxygen and moisture from invading the transformer and reduce the transformer insulation performance and transformer oil aging, so conduct oil sample test irregularly;
